Thomas Signor

Thomas Signor's work experience includes serving as the EVP & Chief Administration Officer at Pioneer since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Compliance Officer at Paradigm Capital Management, Inc. from July 2019 to February 2022. Before that, they held the position of EVP & COO at Kinderhook Bank from 2003 to July 2019.

Thomas Signor received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Siena College between 1986 and 1989. Thomas also obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
