Todd Shepersky

Todd Shepersky, CPCU, ARM, AU has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Todd currently holds the position of Vice President - Insurance Agency Manager at Pioneer. In this role, they are responsible for managing the insurance agency.

Prior to joining Pioneer, Todd worked as an Insurance Management - Course Associate at Columbia University School of Professional Studies. During their time there, they assisted faculty members in the Master's in Insurance Management program by supporting courses in Underwriting and Global Legal & Regulatory Ecosystem.

Before that, Todd worked at Farm Family for many years. Todd held various roles within the company, including Underwriting Manager (Large Accounts, Field Underwriting & Risk Services), Agency Manager, Underwriting Manager (NJ & PA), and Commercial/Ag Underwriter. Prior to joining Farm Family, Todd worked at Farm Bureau Financial Services as a Commercial/Ag Sales Specialist and Multiline Insurance Agent. In these roles, they advised agents, developed sales strategies, designed insurance policies, and built an agency focused on farms and small commercial business.

Todd Shepersky, CPCU, ARM, AU holds a Master's in Insurance Management from Columbia University School of Professional Studies, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Washington State University from 1997 to 1999. In 1996 to 1997, Todd earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Bellevue College. Todd also holds additional certifications, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Commercial Underwriting, and Associate in Risk Management from The Institutes. Todd has also completed the Data Science Orientation course offered by IBM Cognitive Class on Coursera in 2021.
