Brian Peterson

Brian Peterson has extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Brian started his career, during college, at Disneyland as an Operations Host from 1983 to 1987. Brian then worked as a Computer Instructor at Yorba Linda School District in 1987-1988.

In 1988, he joined Borden, Inc as an Operations Supervisor/Sr. System Technician, where he implemented and managed a handheld computer-based sales and distribution system, the first of its kind in the food industry. Brian also handled software and hardware management for various systems.

Peterson continued his career at the City of Brea from 1990 to 1997, as a Senior Analyst in Information Services. During this time, he gained experience in software development, information systems and analysis, as well as network architecture and implementation.

From 1997 to 1999, he served as the Director of Information Technology at American Microwave Technology, where he implemented various enterprise technologies and automation processes to improve manufacturing processes and customer service.

In 2000, Peterson joined Sanmina-SCI as the Director of IT, responsible for managing enterprise systems, project management, manufacturing, and global design engineering.

From 2012 to 2021, he worked at Herbalife Nutrition as the Sr. Director of Technology and Transformation. Here, he led three departments, including the technology and continuous improvement teams, leveraging various software solutions to drive productivity, regulatory compliance, and profitability.

Next, Mr. Peterson joined Mattel, Inc in 2021, as the Director of Global Technology, overseeing global technology operations for product design, development, quality, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and consumer services.

Currently, Brian Peterson holds the position of Director of Information Technology at Pioneer Circuits, Inc. since 2023. Brian is responsible for developing advanced technology solutions and leading the IT department in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of flex and rigid flex products.

Brian Peterson completed his education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Redlands from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, he completed a degree in Computer Science, with a concentration in Math, from California State University, Fullerton between 1982 and 1987.
