Takaaki Iima has a vast amount of experience in various companies such as Pioneer Corporation, Microsoft, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and PwC Consulting. Currently serving as the General Manager of Customer Success at Pioneer Corporation, Takaaki has held several leading roles in transforming the company to enhance service business in the mobility market. Prior to their current role, Takaaki held positions such as Global Client Director at Microsoft, Project Manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and Senior Manager at PwC Consulting. Takaaki is a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) graduate from Keio University.
