Purna Dokku

Purna provides strategic leadership and direction for the company. In his capacity as CEO of the company, Mr. Dokku oversees the day-to-day management of PCS and is responsible for the successful and profitable completion of PCS contracts. Mr. Dokku has over 25 years of experience working as Senior Technologist for several well-known organizations like Department of Defense- Tricare, NASA, Northrop Grumman IT, NASDAQ, Nextel, Oxford Health, State Farm Insurance, etc.

Purna is continually focused on the business and operational improvements that provide benefit to PCS' client base. Under Purna's leadership, PCS' Quality Management Systems (QMS) was certified by AFNOR as meeting ISO 9001:2008 Standards. As a Sponsor, Purna also oversaw the (SCAMPI) Level 2 (Development) and CMMI-SVC+SSD v1.3 of the entire Process Improvement (PI) efforts. Under his leadership, PCS' has been consistently achieving double-digit growth for several years and adding new clients year after year. Under his leadership PCS has been serving federal agencies like General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Labor, Department of Education, US. Environmental Protection Agency, Pension Benefit Gratuity Corporation and a host of commercial clients like Verizon, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Verisign, Booz Allen Hamilton, Polo Ralph Lauren, L.A Care, NII Holdings, HCL Technologies, Accenture, RLJ Entertainment, K-Force, Hexaware Technologies, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), National Institutes of Health (NIH) etc.
