Barry Hartnett

Barry joined the pioneer team in 2013 and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in June 2021. He is responsible for driving Pioneer’s strategic intent and for leading the company’s strong connection with vendors. Barry recently successfully led Pioneer’s underwriting activities and drove the advancement of data analytics, helping to optimise customer outcomes and increase liquidations performance. He holds a Bachelor of Finance, Accounting and Economics from the University College Cork, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
