Tertius Carstens boasts a robust career in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a retired executive following tenure as the CEO of PepsiCo South Africa. With experience at Pioneer Foods since 1994, Tertius has held multiple leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer, Executive of Essential Foods, Executive of SAD Foods, Manager of Operations Milling & Baking, and Technical Manager for Bokomo. Tertius holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stellenbosch University, earned between 1988 and 1991, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, achieved from 1980 to 1984.
