Matt Leonhart

Matt Leonhart has over 15 years of experience in operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Pioneer Industries International since August 2020. Previously, Matt held the position of Site Leader at Amazon Sortation, as well as Senior Operations Manager, contributing significantly to operational efficiency from October 2017 to August 2020. Matt's career began at FedEx Ground, where roles included Senior Hub Manager and Assistant Hub Manager, focusing on staff performance, coaching, and operational controls from November 2007 to October 2017. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the University of Northern Iowa.
