Alicia Smith-Turley

Alicia Smith-Turley has experience working as a Librarian at the Pioneer Library System and the University of Oklahoma. Alicia also served on the Legislative Committee at the Oklahoma Library Association. Alicia graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1998.
