Lane Elmer

Lane Elmer is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in management and consulting. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Pioneer Management Consulting since March 2018, Lane previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at New Beginnings Minnesota from July 2015 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes roles as Management Consultant at Pioneer Management Consulting, and Senior Finance Manager at Best Buy, where Lane led significant finance initiatives and managed substantial budgets. Lane holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, where Lane was a Full-Tuition Merit Scholar, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, Lane has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of Sustainable Builders Inc. and completed an MBA internship at Blattner Energy.
