Mike Giver

Michael Giver is an experienced software engineer currently serving as the Managing Senior Software Engineer at Pioneer Valley Books since December 2020, previously holding roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Senior Rails Developer and Group Manager at Annkissam, LLC from June 2014 to November 2020. Michael has expertise in Ruby on Rails application development, particularly with the FMS Engine, focusing on financial management services for diverse institutions. Experience also includes a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at Iowa State University, where independent research in statistical physics and nonlinear dynamics was conducted, as well as a Visiting Scientist and Graduate Research Assistant roles at Brandeis University. Michael holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Physics from Brandeis University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Cincinnati.
