Scott Polchleb

Scott Polchleb has over 17 years of experience in design and innovation. Scott is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at Pipe and previously held leadership roles at Square, Afterpay, WeWork, Visa, PayPal, InMobi, RedLever, and 4mation Technologies Pty Ltd. At Visa, they led the Innovation Centre Design & Co-creation team and was responsible for internal and client innovation and design. Scott also grew and led a team of 12+ designers to execute innovation and design programs in the payments, banking, and retail industry. Scott has a strong background in user experience and design, and has been responsible for leading redesigns and creative practices across various digital platforms.

Scott Polchleb completed their Bachelor's degree in Design (Visual Communication) from Western Sydney University between the years 2002 and 2005. In 2010, they attended AWARD School and pursued Art Direction & Ideation.
