Courtney Pierce

Courtney Pierce has over two decades of work experience in various roles in the field of HR and people operations. Starting in 1998, they served as a Payroll Specialist at Penn Traffic Company, where they maintained accurate and timely payroll records. Courtney then worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Enable from 2005 to 2007, where they managed record-keeping systems and conducted orientation sessions for new employees. From 2007 to 2008, Courtney worked as a Payroll Administrator at Staff Leasing, processing payroll for multiple clients and conducting audits of employee files. Courtney then joined SRCTec, Inc as a Payroll Specialist from 2008 to 2012, processing weekly payroll and assisting with finance department processes. At The Mosaic Company, Courtney held multiple roles, including HR Service Delivery Analyst, Payroll Associate, and Supervisor of the HR Service Center. Their responsibilities included managing payroll implementation, providing customer service, and building a knowledge base. From 2021 to 2022, Courtney worked as an HR Operations Manager at Citi, overseeing exit management and data management teams. Courtney then joined Farmer's Business Network, Inc. as the Senior Manager of People Operations, where they led the development and training of the People Operations team. Currently, they work as the Colleague Experience Manager at Pipedrive, managing the local colleague experience processes and acting as the first point of contact for HR matters.

Courtney Pierce began their education in 2001 at Onondaga Community College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies, which they completed in 2003. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, Courtney attended the State University of New York at Oswego, where they acquired a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching with a concentration in Social Studies. In 2009, they attended Le Moyne College, obtaining a Human Resource Management Certificate. Returning to Le Moyne College in 2010, Courtney completed a Master's of Business Administration (M.B.A.), though no field of study was specified.
