Support Engineering Team Lead at Pipedrive

Helena Eidast has a diverse work experience across various industries. Helena started their career as a Traffic Insurance Specialist at IIZI kindlustusmaakler from October 2010 to October 2011. Helena then worked as a Data Entry Specialist at IIZI Services from March 2013 to March 2014. In 2014, they joined Manna La Roosa as a Waitress and later transitioned to the role of Shift Manager from September 2015 to March 2017.

In 2016, Helena participated in the Junior Researcher Programme where they served as a Junior Researcher and Project Manager. Helena conducted research, wrote and published an article, and managed the project's development.

From 2017 to 2019, Helena worked at the Journal of European Psychology Students. Helena began as an Editor, performing technical reviews of manuscripts, and then became the Editor-in-Chief. As the Editor-in-Chief, they coordinated the publication process, managed the team, and created action plans and budgets for the journal.

In 2017, Helena joined Insly.com as a Customer Support Specialist and later became the Customer Support Team Lead. Their responsibilities included providing support to international sign-up customers, registering bug tasks, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base.

Since 2019, Helena has been with Pipedrive, initially as a Support Engineer and currently as the Support Engineering Team Lead. In addition to resolving technical issues, they manage a team of six, onboards and trains new hires, ensures performance standards are met, and contributes to overall team improvement.

Helena Eidast obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Tallinn University. Helena pursued their studies at Tallinn University from 2011 to 2016.
