André Ribeiro has extensive work experience in sales and account management. André began their career at Giver, where they worked as a Sales Representative from July 2012 to July 2013. André then joined Importbras as a Sales Representative from May 2014 to August 2014. In 2014, they also started working at Amcham-Brasil, initially as an Acquisition Analyst from November 2014 to June 2015. André then transitioned to the role of Customer Relationship Management Analyst from June 2015 to March 2017. In April 2017, they were promoted to Customer Relationship Team Leader and held that position until July 2017.
In July 2017, André joined Pipefy as an Enterprise Account Executive and held this position till December 2018. André then moved on to the role of Enterprise Partnerships from December 2018 to July 2021. From July 2021 to February 2022, André worked as an Account Growth Manager at Pipefy. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Coordinator - Named Accounts at Pipefy, starting in February 2022.
Throughout their career, André has gained expertise in sales, account management, and customer relationship management.
André Ribeiro's education history begins in 2008 when they attended EMBAP PR - Escola de Música e Belas Artes do Paraná for an unspecified field of study. In 2009, they enrolled at FAE Centro Universitário and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Administration, which they completed in 2012. During the same period, from 2009 to 2012, André also attended CCAA to study the Spanish language.
In addition to their formal education, André has obtained certifications in the field of sales. In July 2022, they completed the course "Strategic Prospecting and Selling into Enterprise Accounts" at Winning by Design. Furthermore, in May 2022, they successfully finished the "Frontline Sales Manager School" program offered by Pavilion.
