Deepika Rayala

Deepika Rayala has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and IT industry. In their current position as a Board Observer at Ubeya, they are involved in strategic decision-making processes. Deepika also serves as a member of the CIO Advisory Council at Pipefy.

Previously, they worked as the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) at Cornerstone OnDemand, where they led digital and IT initiatives. Prior to that, Deepika held the position of EVP, CIO & International Operations Center at Yext, where they oversaw all areas of IT and launched a significant transformation program.

Deepika has experience in business transformation and enterprise applications at Broadcom Limited, as well as in global solution services at Levi Strauss & Co.

Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at Genentech/Roche and NVIDIA, where they focused on enterprise business intelligence and planning. Throughout their career, Deepika has demonstrated expertise in IT strategy, project management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Deepika Rayala has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Melbourne Business School. Deepika also attended the Asian Institute of Management as an exchange student where they also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Deepika'sfield of study during this exchange program is not specified. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal. In terms of additional certifications, Deepika holds a Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in August 2012.
