Guilherme Leme

Guilherme Leme has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Guilherme currently serves as the IT Ops Tech Leader at Pipefy since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Support Analyst - Senior at Sinch from August 2020 to August 2021. Guilherme also gained valuable experience at Movile, where they held multiple roles. Guilherme was a Support Analyst - Analyst from June 2019 to July 2020, a Support Analyst - Junior from January 2017 to May 2019, and an IT Intern from April 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, they worked as an IT Intern at Universidade Estadual de Campinas from February 2014 to March 2015.

Guilherme Leme completed their Bachelor of System Analysis degree at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas from 2013 to 2018, with a focus on Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. In 2018 they also obtained a Certificate of Conclusion in English Language and Literature at ILSC Language Schools. Additionally, in October 2019, Guilherme obtained several certifications in Jira Server Administration from Atlassian, including "Jira Server Administration Part 1: Getting up and running," "Jira Server Administration Part 2: Taking it to the next level," and "Jira Server Administration: Getting a service desk up and running."
