Hedwik Dissenha Giesel

Hedwik Dissenha Giesel has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Hedwik is currently working as a Senior FP&A and IR Analyst at Pipefy since October 2021. Prior to that, Hedwik worked at Groupe Renault for over a decade. Hedwik held various roles within the company, including Senior FP&A Analyst for the Supply Chain LATAM from August 2015 to September 2019. In this position, they were responsible for FP&A of the Supply Chain LATAM and managed the KPIs for the department. Additionally, they were responsible for Manufacturing and Supply Chain America G&A.

Hedwik worked in the Supply Chain Brazil department, where they handled monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of financial results and KPIs. Additionally, Hedwik was responsible for the monthly Supply Chain Financial Committee.

Hedwik Dissenha Giesel began their professional journey at Groupe Renault as an intern in the Painting Department from August 2008 to April 2010. During their internship, they were responsible for performance results in the department, assisted with HR matters, and worked on consolidating performance KPIs.

Hedwik Dissenha Giesel pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Administration at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Universidade Federal do Paraná from 2019 to 2021.
