Leonardo Inhan Segantin has a diverse work experience starting in 2017. Leonardo began their career as a Salesman and Project Manager at Projec - Junior Enterprise of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism, where they were responsible for contacting customers and managing project teams. In 2018, they became the Sales and Project Director, focusing on achieving revenue growth goals and leading project managers. In 2019, they took on the role of Sales and Marketing Director, overseeing sales and marketing strategies and revenue targets. Leonardo also served as the President of Projec, managing the company's global indicators and goals. From 2018 to 2019, Leonardo was a Sales Leader at Núcleo das Empresas Juniores da Região de Campinas, where they worked as a Sales Development Representative, supporting startup acceleration programs and corporate innovation projects. Leonardo also served as a Board Member, actively participating in strategic decisions of the organization. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Intern at Venture Hub, gaining experience in sales. Currently, since 2021, Leonardo is a Sales Account Executive at Pipefy.
Leonardo Inhan Segantin completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2017 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications related to sales and marketing. In May 2020, they completed the "Fundamentos de Inside Sales para Vendedores" and "Introdução ao Inside Sales" courses from RD University. Leonardo also obtained a certification in "Outbound Marketing & Sales" from Rock University in April 2020, and in "Sales Engagement" from Reev in December 2020.
