Milton Costa

Milton Costa has a comprehensive work experience in the field of technology and management. Milton started their career at CentralServer in 2004 as a Technical Support Manager, where they successfully coordinated implementation actions and maintenance of technical support. Milton also provided training, capacity building, and effectively managed the team until 2011. After that, Milton joined Lume Tecnologia as an Infrastructure Manager. In this role, they ensured SLAs compliance, provided technical support, tuning, and implementation in various areas including Linux and Windows Servers, web servers, application servers, and databases. Milton also had expertise in shell scripting and virtualization in different platforms such as VMware, OpenStack, AWS, and Softlayer. In 2018, Milton joined Pipefy as a Senior DevOps Engineer, responsible for developing solutions to maintain reliability and implement continuous delivery using Docker and Kubernetes. Milton later became a Tech Lead and Senior SRE, handling a team of 11 individuals. Currently, they hold the position of SRE Manager, where they contribute to the company's resilience and scalability while working collaboratively with the engineering team.

Additionally, they hold the IBM Certified Associate Application Developer - Lotus Notes and Domino 8 certification (2013) and the IBM Lotus Notes Domino 8 System Administration Operating Fundamentals certification (2013) from IBM.
