Rafael Leite has a diverse work experience. Rafael started their career as an Estagiário at Partilha Empreendimentos Ltda in 2016, where they were responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring quality control using AutoCAD and Excel. In 2018, they worked as a Consultor de Vendas at UNIL Saúde Ocupacional e Segurança do Trabalho for a brief period.

Later in 2018, Rafael joined AIESEC as a Value Delivery Member. In this role, they managed the logistics and problem-solving for incoming international entrepreneurs working in startups in Curitiba. Rafael also played a crucial role in providing the best experience for both the entrepreneurs and the hosting families.

In 2019, Rafael worked as an Outbound Sales Development Representative at EADBOX and as an Inbound Sales Development Representative at HeroSpark, both positions being focused on sales. Rafael then joined NEX Energy as a BDR (Business Development Representative) and later transitioned to a Customer Success Executive role, where they were responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of customers.

Most recently, Rafael joined Pipefy in 2020. Rafael started as a Sales Development Representative and later transitioned to the role of Solutions Designer. In their current role as a Sales Engineer, they utilize their expertise to support the sales process and offer technical solutions to clients.

Rafael Leite began their education journey in 2014, attending the Universidade Federal do Paraná. Rafael pursued a degree in Civil Engineering and graduated in 2019, after completing their undergraduate studies. In 2017, they also had the opportunity to further their education by studying at the Universidade do Porto, where they continued their degree in Engineering. This period lasted until 2018 when they returned to their studies at the Universidade Federal do Paraná.
