Paula Ijzerman

Paula IJzerman is an experienced Process Development Engineer at Pipelife Nederland B.V. since June 2016, specializing in the enhancement and innovation of extrusion and injection moulding processes, with a core focus on the circularity of raw materials. As the owner of IronFeet, Paula offers clinics and workshops on barefoot and minimalist shoe walking and running. Prior experience includes roles as Senior R&D Project Manager at Forbo Flooring, Product Engineer at Tata Steel (with responsibilities in product management of electrical and dual-phase steels), and earlier positions at Corus and DSM as a process engineer and materials and corrosion consultant. Paula IJzerman holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, earned between 1994 and 2001.
