Javier Ventura

Javier Ventura is an experienced professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as Associate Manager of Integration and Test Engineering at L3Harris Technologies since February 2016. Javier specializes in developing and executing test programs for Circuit Card Assemblies and cables, integrating JTAG/Boundary Scan Test Programs, and troubleshooting CCAs. Prior to L3Harris, Javier worked as a Senior Receiving Inspector Quality Technician at Piper Aircraft, ensuring product compliance using precision measuring instruments. Javier's earlier career includes roles at Ingersoll Rand as a CMM Programmer and Metrology Lab Leader, providing technical support as a Tech Support Engineer at Static Control Components, and serving as a Field Service Technician at Baxter International Inc. Javier began the career as an Electronic Technician at HP, focusing on PCB assembly testing. A graduate of Universidad de Puerto Rico with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Javier brings a diverse skill set and extensive experience to engineering and quality assurance.
