Eilam Avinary

Eilam Avinary has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Eilam currently holds the position of Director of Data Analytics and Engineering at Pipl since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Analytics at OpenWeb from April 2020 to October 2021. In 2018, they were the VP of Data & Analytics at Novarize, a start-up focused on building an audience platform. Eilam also worked at Optimove, where they held multiple roles including VP of Operations and Head of Professional Services, contributing to the company's growth from 60 to 200 employees. Eilam Avinary started their career at Elbit Systems Ltd as the Business Operations and Control Manager and later worked at Digit Internet Solutions as a Project and Sales Manager. Before transitioning to the corporate sector, they served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Captain and Graduate of Naval Officer Course, leading and training soldiers and officers.

From 2008 to 2012, Eilam Avinary attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they earned a B.S.c degree in the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management, specializing in information systems.
