Gajanan Pandhare

Gajanan Pandhare is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, Gajanan serves as the Operational Excellence Lead at Piramal Critical Care, focusing on optimizing operations, enhancing quality, and ensuring safety through process improvement and KPI management. Prior to this role, Gajanan worked at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories for over 14 years as a Functional Lead, where significant advancements were made in oral solid dose operations, including improvements in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), mean time between failures (MTBF), and mean time to repair (MTTR). Gajanan holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
