Parneet Soni

Parneet Soni has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Parneet currently holds the position of Head HR - Retail Finance at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Piramal Enterprises Limited as the Group Head - Total Rewards and Performance Management from July 2017 to November 2021. Parneet also served as the Head of Compensation Benefits, HR Operations, and HRIT at Bharti AXA Life Insurance from August 2016 to July 2017. Parneet worked as the Group Head - Total Rewards at Jardine Lloyd Thompson from November 2012 to June 2016. Before joining Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Parneet worked at IBM United Kingdom Ltd as an Executive Compensation Manager from December 2010 to October 2012 and as an HRBD Operations Program Manager from July 2009 to November 2010. Parneet also has experience working at IBM India Pvt Ltd as a Compensation Partner from April 2008 to June 2009 and as an HR Partner from May 2005 to March 2008.
