Guillaume SEJOURNE has extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Guillaume'smost recent role was as the Head Chef at Pirata Group starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Pastis Group from March 2022 to October 2022. In 2021, Guillaume worked as a Private Chef at a private company from April to October.
