Stephan Joubert is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in several prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Pirata Group since March 2019, Joubert previously held roles as Executive Chef and Head Chef at Cusco Restaurants from November 2011 to April 2018. Previous to that, Joubert worked as Head Chef at Sumaq Restaurant, Sous Chef at Radisson Blu, and Line Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Early career experience includes positions as Chef De Partie at By Word of Mouth and Commis Chef roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and The Michelangelo Hotel. Joubert holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from H.T.A School of Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Wits Business School.
