Thapa Subarna

Thapa Subarna has extensive work experience in the culinary industry. They started their career as a Commis Chef at Grande Food & Wine Restaurant in 2009 and eventually progressed to the role of Sous Chef. In 2015, Thapa joined PizzaExpress Hong Kong as a Senior Pizzaiolo (Head Chef) and was responsible for daily operations, staff hiring, and managing food orders and stock levels. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Head Chef at Ciao Chow, where they planned, prepared, and presented food to company standards, enhanced the company's reputation for excellent food and service, and controlled portion size and waste. In 2021, Thapa worked as a Head Chef at Pirata Group and is currently serving as the Head of Department at Bite Limited.

Thapa Subarna completed a Higher Education degree in Science from Tilottama College from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Shree Siddhi Children's Academy Boarding School in 2008. Additionally, Thapa Subarna has obtained several certifications, including a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for Hygiene Managers from the Vocational Training Council in February 2016, a Certificate in Food Hygiene for Hygiene Supervisor from HKPC - Hong Kong Productivity Council in January 2016, and a Certificat d'achèvement from Viablue in September 2015.
