Logan Biniak

Logan Biniak has held various roles in the past 15 years. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a High School Teacher at West Port High School, where they designed and implemented a curriculum for classes of 15-35 high-school students in various subjects, and coached cross-country and track. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Tour Guide and Trip Designer at Trek Travel, where they guided cycling vacations in the US, France, Italy, and Spain, and helped design routes, plan hotel stays, and organize dinners and cocktail hours for guests. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Bar Lead/Manager at Voicebox Karaoke, where they oversaw all bar operations including inventory and ordering, anchored the bar team on the busiest of weekend shifts, and led the bar program in hosting fundraisers and charity events. From 2017 to 2021, they were a FOH Manager/Franchise Trainer at AFURI PDX LLC, where they were in charge of hiring and training all FOH staff for their Downtown Portland fast-casual ramen shop, and was also in charge of ordering and maintaining all bar and FOH food products and smallwares. Most recently, from 2021 to present, they have been a Product Manager at New Dream Inc.

Logan Biniak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Florida between 2000 and 2004. In January 2019, they obtained an OLCC Service Permit Holder certification from the Oregon Liquor Control Commission.
