Robert Fisher has over 37 years of work experience in the postal industry. Robert began their career in 1983 as an Industrial Engineer with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Robert then progressed to roles such as Manager of In-Plant Support, Plant Manager, Manager of Service Performance Improvement, Manager of Operations Support, and Manager of Operations Standardization at USPS. In 2011, they joined Program Management, LLC as a Senior Operations Consultant, where they worked on projects for Canada Post, Serbia Post, and Ukraine Post. In 2012, they joined Northwest Postal Consultants as a Senior Operations Consultant, and in 2017 joined Northwest Postal Consulting as Lead Operations Consultant on a PRC project. In 2020, they became Vice President Strategy at Pirate Ship, where they are responsible for strategic analytics on package pricing, product trends, and customer service operations.
Robert Fisher received their Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1983, after completing their Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering at the same university from 1978 to 1982.
