Stefano Gardini has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Stefano started their career in Nestlé in 1992 as a Product Marketing Manager and later held positions as a Senior Brand Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager. In 2000, they joined Kraft Foods International as a Marketing Manager before moving to Pirelli in 2002. At Pirelli, they served as the Global Marketing Director for the Motorcycle Business Unit and later as the Sales Director Italy for the Motorcycle Business Unit. Stefano then transitioned to the Truck Business Unit as the Global Marketing Director before becoming the Global Consumer and Trade Marketing Director for the Car Business Unit. Stefano Gardini further progressed in their career at Pirelli, holding roles as the Original Equipment Sales Director for the Commercial Vehicles and Car New Business divisions before becoming the Head of Procurement for Shared Services and Marketing.
Stefano Gardini pursued their education at Università Bocconi from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1987, they attended Liceo Scientifico Enrico Fermi and attained a Diploma di Maturita' Scientifica with a focus on Mathematics.
