Eric Lacoste

Eric Lacoste's work experience begins with various growing roles from 1994 to 2011. Eric then worked at Federal Mogul as the Director of Operations, Americas, managing 12 plants across the US, Mexico, and Brazil. Eric also served as the Global Director for the Wipers Division, leading a major business transformation and raising enterprise value by $60M. At Valeo, Lacoste was the Regional Director for the Wipers Systems Division in the NA region and later became the Global Sales Director for Ford. Eric grew Ford sales to $400M per year and consulted with clients to promote solutions, resulting in a growth of order intake by $120M per year. Lacoste then joined Hilite International as the President of North America, where they managed NA subsidiaries and oversaw two manufacturing facilities and one engineering center. Eric is currently the President and Owner of Pirtek Auburn Hills, responsible for the greenfield setup and operation of a PIRTEK franchise.

Eric Lacoste earned a Masters degree in electrical and mechanical Engineering from the Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie in the years 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Rouen, with a focus on 150M$ to 1B$ companies/business units.
