Ricardo Josua

Ricardo Josua is the co-founder and CEO of Pismo. Ricardo has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including stints as the CEO and co-founder of Conductor and as a partner at VMG Brasil and Via Lettera.

Josua has been a guest speaker on panels and seminars for the financial services BPO and Means of Payment Industries (CIAB, CARDS, C4 and others), and is considered an expert in the field. Under their leadership, Conductor became the leader in Brazilian consumer finance BPO for Private Label and retail cards, as well as the first processor in Brazil to receive PCI-DSS certification.

Josua has also pioneered in AI-based fraud prevention systems with a partnership with ICMC, and was elected Microsoft’s SQL success case for presentation at CIAB 2011. Today, Pismo processes over 10 million accounts.

Ricardo Josua has a bachelor's degree in business from EAESP FGV SP.
