Giulia Romano

Giulia Romano is an experienced HR Generalist currently working at Pitagora S.p.a. since June 2022, focusing on talent acquisition, learning and people development, and performance management. Prior to this role, Giulia served as an HR Generalist at ORBYTA from July 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included administration, payroll, and talent acquisition. Giulia's earlier experience includes an HR internship at Gi Group and teaching positions in Spanish and English. Giulia holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Learning & Development from 24ORE Business School, a Master’s degree in Modern Languages and Literatures from Università degli Studi di Torino, and a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the same university. Additionally, Giulia completed a diploma in business correspondence in foreign languages at ITES Rosa Luxemburg.
