Marc Ramírez Invernón

Marc Ramírez Invernón is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Pitch since February 2022, Marc has successfully led significant cost-reduction initiatives, including the rollback from Snowplow to Segment and the migration from Fivetran to Airbyte. Prior to this, Marc worked at Intent HQ, where responsibilities included building applications using the Typelevel ecosystem and integrating technologies like Cassandra and Apache Spark. Other notable roles include mentoring at SCRM - Lidl International Hub, developing big data solutions at Billy Mobile, and gaining foundational experience at everis and during internships in telecommunications. Marc holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
