Nigel Fischer

Nigel has dedicated his career to advising private clients on their financial and tax affairs, and is the Managing Partner of Pitcher Partners Brisbane. Having been close to the leadership helm for many years, he has had the privilege of influencing the firm’s commercial direction and down-to-earth values.

Nigel has become a trusted adviser to a number of Queensland’s pre-eminent private enterprises and their high net worth family business owners. He is hand-on with business owners, senior management and family groups; providing financial and tax direction at the family and corporate levels. He ensures tax and financial governance requirements are managed without fuss.

In 1998, Nigel became partner of Brisbane boutique firm Johnston Rorke. The firm steadily grew, with an increasing corporate and high new worth clientele. In 2011 the firm joined the Pitcher Partners affiliation. Much has changed since those early days, as business practices and services have evolved to keep pace with a faster and more complex financial and tax environment.

Today, Nigel is proud to lead a team with a diverse skill set, who still manage to balance the spirit of a smaller firm with a strong commercial approach.
