Sandra Newsom

Sandra Newsom serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller & Corporate Secretary at Pitchly since February 2020, overseeing all accounting and human capital management for the company. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer/Corporate Secretary at BirdDogHR and InfinityHR, where significant accomplishments included managing Series A investment due diligence and a private equity acquisition. As Accounting Manager at Darling International, Gentry Management Services, and EnviroSurgical, Inc., Sandra contributed to improving accounting processes and systems. Additional positions include Director of Financial Reporting at American Republic Insurance and Director of Administration/CFO for the State of Iowa. Sandra holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and an AA in Accounting from Iowa Central Community College.
