Laura Salmons

Laura Salmons has over 17 years of experience in contract management and procurement. Laura is currently serving as the Director of Procurement Contracts at Pitney Bowes Inc., where they lead the Procurement Legal team. Their responsibilities include training and developing a team of contract managers, paralegals, and administrative assistants. Laura also spearheads the creation and implementation of innovative processes and procedures to improve workflow and maximize efficiencies. Additionally, Laura manages internal and external resources, including resource allocation, budgetary oversight, and relationships with outside counsel and subcontractors. Prior to their current role, Laura worked as a Contract Manager at Pitney Bowes for 10 years, and as a Contract Specialist at Pitney Bowes Software Inc. for 3 years. Laura began their career as a Contract Analyst at ICON Development Solutions, where they worked for 4 years.

Laura Salmons earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Howard Community College from 1997 to 1999. Laura then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice at Towson University from 1999 to 2001.
