Dr. Erroline Williams, PCC has a diverse range of work experience in leadership coaching and consulting. In 2019, they served as a Faculty and Leadership Coach at Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation and as The Executive Leadership Academy Contract Coach at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business. In 2018, they worked as a Career Coach for the Biomedical Masters Program at the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to that, they had established their own leadership coaching and consulting practice in 2017 and continued this work in 2016.
Dr. Erroline Williams, PCC has a diverse education history spanning several decades. In 1979, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Erroline then pursued further education and in 1996, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Leadership and Liberal Arts from Duquesne University. Continuing their academic journey, Dr. Williams completed their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Higher Education Administration at the University of Pittsburgh in 2007.
In addition to their formal degrees, Dr. Williams pursued a Professional Coach Certification from Duquesne University Palumbo Donahue School of Business, which they obtained in 2015. Dr. Erroline has also obtained various certifications to enhance their coaching skills and professional development. In 2020, they completed the DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop offered by Development Dimensions International. Dr. Williams also achieved the status of an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in 2021. Furthermore, they attained additional certifications such as "How to Enhance Your Coaching with Multi-Culturalism" from the Institute of Coaching, McLean/Harvard Medical School in 2022 and a certification as a C-IQ Certified Core Skills Practitioner from Conversational Intelligence® for Coaches.
