Dana B.

Dana B. has extensive work experience in the field of benefits administration. Dana started their career at MetLife in 1989 as a Medical Claims Examiner and worked there until 1995. Dana then joined Highmark as a Senior Billing Representative from 1997 to 2000. After that, they worked at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Medicare Subrogation Specialist from 2000 to 2005, and later as a Senior Membership Representative from 2005 to 2008. Dana B. then moved to Pittsburgh Regional Transit, where they worked in various roles in Benefits Administration from 2010 to 2015, including Supervisor, Manager, and ultimately as the Director of Benefits Administration.

Dana B. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Carlow University from 1998 to 2004. During the same period, Dana B. also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services/Human Resources Management from Carlow University. In 1997 and 1998, Dana B. received a Certification in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Minority Enterprises of Pennsylvania.
