Matthew Wilson

Matthew W. Wilson, Esq. serves as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for the Pittsburgh Steelers since February 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC from February 2015 to February 2023 as both Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Associate Attorney, focusing on labor and employment law and serving as outside counsel for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Heinz Field. Previous experience includes work as an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of James K. Grace, P.C., handling family law and liquor licensing cases, and positions in legal research and as a summer associate at Conrad O'Brien. Matthew earned a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Business from Saint Joseph's University.
