Myah Olson is currently the Community Relations Assistant at the Pittsburgh Steelers. Prior to this, they were with Carnegie Mellon University where they served as Administrative Assistant, Advancement Communications. In this role, they coordinated and implemented Slack for a 30-person department to increase communication and collaboration between team members while working in a virtual environment. Additionally, they served as department liaison to the Monday.com platform to research and integrate best practices, incorporate feature sets and products tools and ensure project success of 300+ projects annually. Myah has also held positions with Make-A-Wish America as a Program Services Intern and with the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation as Silent Auction Sales Manager.
Myah Olson has a Master of Science in Digital Audience Strategy from Arizona State University. Myah also has a Bachelor of Science in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management from Point Park University. Myah has taken many courses on design and marketing, and has certification from Lynda.com and Hootsuite Academy in various aspects of online marketing, including lead generation, growth hacking, content marketing, and mobile marketing. Myah is also certified in Google Analytics and SEO from Lynda.com and HubSpot Academy respectively.
