Tracey Farrar

Tracey Farrar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fundraising and development within the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Foundation & Government Support at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra since January 2006. In this role, Tracey is responsible for conceptualizing and creating proposals to secure funding from various foundations and government entities, as well as cultivating relationships with funders to surpass revenue goals. Previously, Tracey worked as a Development Coordinator at the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium from 2002 to 2006, where successful grant writing contributed to exceeding revenue targets. Tracey's early career includes diverse roles at PNC Bank from 1994 to 2002, focusing on risk management and client services in corporate banking. Tracey holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Biology from Westminster College (PA).
