Roy Harr

Roy Harr is a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority since December 2018, where responsibilities include managing a comprehensive database of the city's water and sewer infrastructure, data management, records organization, and map creation. Previously, as an Operations Supervisor at Concord Hospitality Enterprises, Roy supervised front desk staff, managed guest check-in/out processes, and improved front desk operations. Roy also served as a Field Representative for US Senator Heidi Heitkamp, assisting constituents with federal issues and conducting research on legislative matters. Experience includes working as a Field Science Research Assistant at the University of North Dakota, a GIS Intern at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, and a Senior Camp Commissioner for the Boy Scouts of America. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Geography from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
