Carter McKay

Carter McKay has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Fair Flies, LLC and received high praise for their work ethic and commitment. In 2021, they served as a Manufacturing Intern at Northwest Fourslide and then transitioned to a Full-stack Developer role at Verathon Academy, where they excelled in building rapid prototypes and finding creative engineering solutions. In 2022, Carter became the Technology Development Manager at Verathon Academy, responsible for managing their HubSpot platform and overseeing various aspects of their technology stack. Currently, they are working at PivIT Global as a Lead Developer, specializing in data and web development.

Carter McKay completed their high school education at New Covenant Christian Academy from 2018 to 2021, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, they attended Clackamas Community College from 2019 to 2020 and obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science. From 2020 to 2023, Carter pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mobile and Web Development at Liberty University. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including a WebSockets Course from Codecademy in November 2022, a HubSpot Service Hub Certification from HubSpot in May 2022, and a Python (Basic) certification from HackerRank in November 2021. In August 2020, Carter completed the "2022 Complete Python Bootcamp From Zero to Hero in Python" course from Udemy, as well as the "Fusion 360 For Hobbyists and Woodworkers" course and the "JavaScript Bootcamp - Build Real World Applications" course from Udemy in August 2020 and September 2019, respectively.
