Mauro Fidalgo

Mauro Fidalgo is a seasoned IT professional with a diverse background in project coordination and technical support. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Pivital, Inc. since August 2023, Mauro has previously held roles such as IT Support Engineer at KompiTech and Information Technology Administrator at Altitude Software. Mauro commenced the career in IT at Worten Portugal, where responsibilities included leading a team in After Sales and Apple Customer Support. Early experiences include positions as an IT Helpdesk at TL COMPUTER SYSTEMS (WALES) LTD, Universidade de Lisboa, and IEDP - Instituto de Educação e Desenvolvimento Profissional.
