John Walls

John Walls leads the company’s information and data strategy at Pivot Bio. An agriculture industry leader, John is responsible for optimizing and scaling Pivot Bio’s data and information technologies to accelerate the company’s business growth. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer with ADM Investor Services where he led the Global IT function and the FX Clearing and Execution group. John has held several Global IT leadership roles at Archer Daniels Midland Company.

John joined ADM after dedicating 16 years at Iowa Grain Company, an agriculture commodity company that provided clearing and execution services for U.S. clients. While at Iowa Grain, which was acquired by ADM in 2008, John focused on data and automation as Chief Information Officer followed by a focus on profitability and growth as Executive Vice President and COO. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
