Kristi Nadeau

Kristi Nadeau is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the SVP of People & Culture at Pivot Interiors since September 2000. As a member of the executive leadership team, Kristi leads strategic initiatives that enhance culture, productivity, and organizational efficiency. Prior roles at Pivot include Vice President of Administration and Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed planning, organizing, and evaluating HR and IT functions, as well as providing strategic counsel to executive partners. Kristi began the career at Sage Instruments as a Human Resources Representative from 1995 to 2000. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Environmental Science from San Jose State University, certifications in Human Resources and Mediation, and leadership training.
