Ben Steele

Ben Steele, CAPM, CSM has extensive work experience in various roles. Ben has served as a Business Operations Lead at Pivot Point Consulting, where they oversee time and expense processing for client projects and manages the company's SpringAhead database. Prior to that, they worked as a Business and Finance Teacher at Portola Jr./Sr. High School and also coached the Varsity Volleyball team.

Ben has also held management positions, such as Shelter Operations Manager at High Sierra Animal Rescue, where they improved organizational culture by enhancing communication strategies. Ben served as a Program Manager at Sierra Nevada Journeys, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading cross-functional communication efforts. Additionally, they worked in various roles at NatureBridge, managing teams, improving client communication processes, and handling high-level guest issues.

Ben's early experience includes working as an Instructor at High Trails Outdoor Science School, an Environmental Education Intern at Bald Head Island Conservancy, a Shift Manager at Jersey Mike's Subs, and a Banquet Server at Bolingbrook Golf Club.

Ben Steele, CAPM, CSM obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management, with a minor in Biological Sciences, from North Carolina State University. Ben also holds additional certifications as a Certified Associate Project Manager from the Project Management Institute and as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2023 and to be obtained in 2024 respectively.
